This endorsement is equivalent to a special testimonial from the professional body with a high degree of credibility.
CAM is pleased to announce the introduction of an endorsement scheme open to relevant individuals, educational institutions, manufacturers, Food & Beverage establishments, varying businesses as well as community bodies and other organisations. Interested parties are invited to solicit for this endorsement through a simple endorsement agreement with CAM. CAM is offering this endorsement scheme as a service for the benefit of Malaysia’s F & B industry and other players in the local economy.
The Endorsement Agreement entitles you to use CAM’s name, official logo and an endorsing statement that reads as “Endorsed by the Chefs Association of Malaysia”. Having a CAM endorsement means that your product, event or retail outlet carries a seal of approval by a big name associated with Malaysia’s vibrant F & B industry.
While CAM intends to offer the endorsement scheme as a form of service to F & B and related industries and associated activities, a nominal fee will be imposed to generate revenue for the association’s activities, projects and administration.

The Chefs Association of Malaysia or CAM is a registered and bona fide Association representing professional chefs who are actively employed in the country (see webpage/home). In the endorsement scheme CAM will adopt the role of “endorser” and extend the right to interested parties to use its name and logo.
This scheme is a formal offer by CAM to endorse eligible and appropriate goods and services in the F & B product category, other products, establishments and events or activities.
The scheme entitles the endorsee to use CAM’s name, official logo and endorsing statement in all their above-the-line media and below-the-line media, materials or activities including advertisement media, promotional materials, product packaging, labels, materials at points-of-sale (POS) or points-of-purchase (POP) as stipulated in the Endorsement Scheme.
An Endorsement Contract entitles one to use CAM’s name, logo and endorsing statement on their product packaging, labels, advertisements, promotional materials, points of sale, publications and wherever applicable as stipulated.
This is a simple but formal agreement made between endorser and endorsee and stipulates the key terms, conditions and mechanics of the endorsement. The Endorsement Contract spells out the operational period, commencement and ending dates, applicability and guidelines of usage, technical specifications, indemnity clause and some simple terms and conditions.
When operational the endorsement is legally binding between the parties privy to the Contract wherein CAM is known as the endorser and the party that had sought the endorsement is known as the endorsee.
The Endorsement Rate Structure specifies the rate one has to pay to secure CAM Endorsement from one-off to a period of one year.
