
He has spent the last 20 years of his life mostly in the kitchens. A native of Mogliano Veneto a small town in between the island of Venice, and the hill of Treviso, second of a large family with tree brother and four sister, graduated from the Italian Culinary of Art Institute of Castel Franco Veneto Italy.
He refined his skills in various fine restaurants and hotels of his native land. During his tenure, he envisioned a more innovative Italian cuisine by integrating traditional recipes with novel flavours, resulting in new and original creations.
Revered for his incredible, contemporary Italian cuisine, Federico’s skills and reputation brought his talents to independent restaurants and hotels in Italy, Singapore and Malaysia.
Now days, with his stay in Malaysia , he has been involve in many way in the food and beverage scenario as President Of chef Association Malaysia with different involvement from chef association, the Chaine Des Rotisserie, APA WACS Forum 2007 in Malaysia .
Federico has archive international accreditation as World chef international Judge for The WACS ( World association of Chef Sociaity ) , and judge in various Saloon Culinaire.
Been president of Jury for Bocouse d’Or 2008 in China and Bocouse d” Or in France 2009 final.
Author of “ Pasta from My Italy ‘ Winner of Gourmand Award for one of the best Italians`10 book in the world 2008.
He is currently working as Corporate Chef of Thai thong Group restaurant.
