With 20 years experience in this profession, Mohd Ridzuan Abd Malek currently he is the executive chef, lead the kitchen brigade of Istana Hotel, consist of 7 outlets in total with 2000 paxs banquet capacity at one time. Apart from that we also cater for a lot of royal and VIP outside catering events.

Almost 10 years already be active member in Chefs Association of Malaysia and four terms already be in the committee line up, currently holds a position as the general treasurer for second term. His plan is to ensure that CAM will go on the right track and direction and at the same time he wants to see more professionals be apart of CAM's family thus making it stronger.

Feel proud to be apart of CAM EXCO board member and few times representing CAM as country representative to the world and Asia Chef's Congress and Forum, with this wide international exposure it really gives good experience to him to communicate with other the chef associations around the world.
